I think I have a few minutes...

So yeah. I know that it's been quite a while since I've updated, but I've been pretty busy. I have barely had time to even read everyones entries!

My biggest news: I am officially getting a new vehicle. Today mum and I are going to the Saturn dealer and bringing my app for the loan and putting $100 down to hold the blue '06 Vue. I was planning on getting the '05 because GM is having their employee discount thing until Aug 1st, but I talked with a friends girlfriend who works at a Saturn in PA and she said they lowered the cost on the '06 for competition and that it would be less than the '05 with the discount. Sure enough, it's $1000 cheaper and I like it better, too! The bumpers aren't the rubber stuff, it's the plastic frame now, and the inside console is a bit different, with the radio controls on the steering wheel. There are a few other differences, but I can't remember them. Oh, I know one! OnStar comes standard in all '06 GM models now, and I get a year of it free. That might be it, I don't remember. But anyway, I drove "my Vue" yesterday morning and it started with 4 miles on the Odometer, and when I finished driving, it said 11. Yeah baby! LOL :-)

Other than that, I've rejoined Curves and mom and I are doing the Weight Watchers diet with another of moms friends. My first week I lost 3 lbs, but I unfortunately have to factor in that I was sick for a day and a half (last weekend, throwing up) and on Sunday I only ate some chicken noodle soup and grapes. Monday wasn't much different. So I'm sure that helped with that. lol... But I'm excited. Jamie and her mom go to this Curves and so we can all go together and exercise.

Let's see, today I have a bridal shower for my step-cousin. She gets married Aug 13th. Um... Still have a roomie, which I hope she stays a long while, or if she doesn't, I hope I find a new one fast cause I'll need the extra few bucks for this dang vehicle. My Stratus just isn't cutting it. It needs the shop again, so that really stinks.

Ok, I can't think of anything right now and I need to take my shower and get ready. Need to look cute cause I had fun flirting with the salesman yesterday. lol Unfortunately I believe he is married :-( That's ok, we had a bunch of fun. We were like two little kids in that Vue exploring it, cause he hasn't been inside one before. He just knows what it's about. LOL :-D
